These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dalin Cosplay App ("Service"), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Service ("Content"). Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Service.
You are responsible for your use of the Service, for any Content you post to the Service, and for any consequences thereof. Although all (text) data in the App is private all media files uploaded by the users ("User´s Content") are public by default and could be viewed by other users and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
Exist other type of Content in the Service that User need to unlock using a virtual currency in order to gain access to it; this is known as "Private Content".
For all Private Content that Users get through the Service these Terms grant permission to store, print and create derivative works for PERSONAL, NONCOMMERCIAL USE ONLY. THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON NON RELATED WITH THE SERVICE DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO PUBLISH, DISTRIBUTE, SHARE OR COMMERCIALIZE ANY PRIVATE CONTENT OF THE SERVICE BY ANY PHYSICAL, DIGITAL OR OTHER MEDIA TYPE.
By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

All Users´s Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. Although we may monitor and review the Content, we are under no obligation to do so, and we assume no liability or responsibility arising from the contents of any user materials.
We may change, edit, or remove any User´s Content that we deem inappropriate, abusive, harmful, illegal, indecent, obscene, offensive, or otherwise violating our policies in any way. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such Content. Also, we will also terminate a user´s account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
For all charges for any Virtual Content sold on the Service, we, or payment processor acting on our behalf, will bill your credit card or alternative payment method. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you. In the event that your credit card or alternative payment provider refuses to pay us for an amount credited to your account, we will have the right to delete the products or deactivate the services purchased from your account. You agree that you will not cancel or reverse any charges for such Virtual Content or otherwise attempt to defraud us.
All purchases of Virtual Content are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
You will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Content when an account is canceled, whether such cancelation was voluntary or involuntary.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers) with your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
Your data is very important to us and its safety is always our priority, but although we adopts appropriate practices about storage, periodic backups, data processing and reasonable security measures to protect your information against destruction or unauthorized access, we cannot guarantee that our security procedures will be flawless, that transmissions of your data will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security systems. Also, we cannot guarantee the persistence of the 100% of your data if a situation of data loss occurs. Since these scenarios are out of our control we do not offer any kind of compensation due any data loss.
Any information that you provide to the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.
You may terminate your agreement with Dalin Cosplay at any time discontinuing your use of the Service. You do not need to specifically inform Dalin Cosplay when you stop using the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
The Service and all Content therein are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Service or the Content contained on the App for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arise out of, or in connection with, the use of the Service.
Every effort is made to keep the Service up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Service being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
